An energetic resource person with a can-do spirit, Danielle Andersen is currently Global Vice President, Human Resources at Synoptek. What makes Danielle extremely unique is her attitude towards everything she does. By constantly engaging her creative genius and keeping passion alive in the work place, Danielle has dedicated her professional life to continuously seeking new and creative ways to design initiatives that drive and motivate employees.
At Synoptek, Danielle acts as a strategic business partner and employee advocate, and supports the attainment of the company’s business plan, strategy, and objectives. Her responsibilities include designing roles and positions to match business needs to hiring practices, developing and implementing a reward, recognition and strategic pay process, performance development, appraisal and incentive systems, career and succession planning, and employee development.
Prior to Synoptek, Danielle worked at Manson Construction Co., as Project Administrator. There, her responsibilities included new hire orientation, payroll management, contract maintenance and administration, vendor negotiation, subcontractor reporting as well as accounts payable, accounts receivable, order tracking, and relocation coordination as her project team traipsed across the United States.
Danielle has 15 years of experience in the field of HR; she began her career with Synoptek in 2006, and was associated with the company for over 4 years. As HR manager, Danielle supervised and administered all HR functions of the business including: compensation and benefits analysis and design, salary administration, planning, budgeting and resource forecasting, recruiting, training, and new hire orientation and on-boarding. She was also responsible for payroll administration, HR compliance, facilitation, and administration of disciplinary action and terminations as well as event and travel planning and general office management.
Danielle has a Business Management Degree in Human Resources from Boise State University. She enjoys travel to anywhere, literature of great variety, playing in the sun, eating delicious food, and navigating life’s adventures with her partner in crime and young sons.
