With over 20 years of industry experience, Michael Liwski started his Synoptek journey in 2018 as VP, Marketing. With the ability of taking over the leadership, he is now VP, Marketing, heading the creation and development of a fully-fledged marketing department. His areas of expertise include brand management, demand generation, lead generation, public relations, media relations, and press releases. In addition to these, he has long-standing experience in inbound and outbound marketing, content development, events marketing, and webinars as well as email marketing, social media marketing, copywriting and messaging, and creative direction.
Over the course of his professional life, Michael has been involved in strategic initiative development, and competitive analysis, and brings with him global expertise that has helped his team and the organization scale greater heights.
His key strengths encompass branding awareness and development, team development and leadership, business and data analytics, and product launches. His rich marketing experience has helped him in fully integrating marketing campaigns across the organization, and generating earned media.
Prior to joining Synoptek, Michael was VP, Marketing at Evisions Software from 2015 to 2017. At Evisions, Michael provided strategic leadership while leading the marketing department through lead generation, brand and reputation management, messaging, content, product marketing, media relations, and budgeting.
Before that, he was VP, Marketing Communications and Client Marketing at PIMCO. There, Michael provided leadership and direction to 54 communications and client reporting team members across 7 global regions in the creation of marketing materials and content for worldwide stakeholders.
Michael has a Bachelors in Communications Degree from Annenberg School for Communication, University of Southern California, and a Master’s in Business Administration Degree from Paul Merage School of Business, University of California, Irvine.
Michael married his college sweetheart, Heather, in 1997. They have two daughters: Cailyn (13) and Kaia (11 going on 25).
Michael likes to spend his free time with his family. He loves to read and is fond of running, surfing, and often trains for triathlons. He’s an ardent Trojan and Steelers Football fan.
