SACRAMENTO – August 20, 2015 – Synoptek, one of the leading IT management firms in California, has announced an agreement to provide IT infrastructure management services to the California State Association of Counties (CSAC), the voice of California’s 58 counties at the state and federal level.
Over the past year, Synoptek has developed a relationship with CSAC through the Association’s corporate partners program, which brings public and private sector representatives together in collaborative settings. Under a separate agreement, Synoptek is also providing CSAC with managed IT infrastructure services, including managed cloud hosting, 24×7 Help Desk support, disaster recovery and virtual CIO services.
Through its corporate partnership with CSAC, Synoptek executive staff and technical professionals have had the opportunity to meet with a number of county officials around the state regarding their IT needs and challenges. Synoptek has shared with these county officials’ ways they can assist California counties to solve some of local government’s most challenging technical issues.
