The client is a world leader in the development and manufacturing of proprietary, high-performance coating systems. It manufactures high-performance abrasion resistant hardcoats, ophthalmic grade coatings, and anti-fog and anti-frost coatings.
As the client started growing, maintaining IT infrastructure and supporting new technology initiatives in-house became difficult with just a handful of employees specialized in IT-related tasks.
