Bo now represents Managed Services on the Advisory Board of Technology Services Providers.
A results-oriented strategic advisor with over 15+ years of experience, Bo has a proven ability to manage relationships at the executive level, provide strategic IT consulting, and deliver big-picture solutions in the global IT sector. He brings with him substantial experience in risk management, business process improvement, and customer retention, and has a consistent history of meeting and exceeding ambitious revenue targets. As the VP of ITSM Operations at Synoptek, Bo defines and implements strategies and operational best practices to foster continuous service delivery, enable compliance, and establish a roadmap for organizational excellence in the application of ITSM services, procedures, and tools.
