About Chris Gonzalez

Chris Gonzalez is Vice President of Finance at Synoptek. A finance executive with more than 22 years of experience, Chris helps organizations translate financial insight into stronger performance, better decisions, and sustainable enterprise value. He has partnered with executive teams, operating leaders, Boards, and private equity sponsors to strengthen financial discipline, visibility, and strategic decision-making.

At Synoptek, Chris leads the global Finance organization and serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. His responsibilities span financial planning and analysis, accounting and financial operations, treasury and cash management, forecasting, performance management, and strategic financial decision support. He works closely with executive and operational leaders to connect financial performance with business drivers and support decisions around growth, profitability, investment, resource allocation, and cash flow.

Previously, Chris built and led the FP&A function at Resultant, scaling the team from one to six professionals and transforming the company’s planning, forecasting, reporting, and business-partnering capabilities. He also played key roles in acquisition integration, enterprise data and reporting transformation, financial systems implementation, profitability management, and workforce planning. His broader experience includes leadership roles with Inventus Power, Panduit, and A.T. Kearney spanning controllership and internal audit, business transformation, S&OP, analytics, profitability, and operational improvement.
