Rajiv Chakrapani Peddada is the Senior Vice President of Professional Services at Synoptek. A seasoned technology and business leader, Rajiv has over two decades of experience driving digital transformation across global enterprises.
Before his current role, Rajiv was leading the Solution Sales for Business Applications in India at Microsoft. He has also held executive leadership positions at firms such as Apexon and Happiest Minds Technologies, where he served as COO and led enterprise-scale transformation programs across industries. Prior to Happiest Minds, Rajiv was leading CSC’s applications business for Asia Middle East and Africa (AMEA). His experience spans strategic delivery, Solution Sales, innovation leadership leveraging high-performing global teams.
An alumnus of IIM Calcutta and a graduate in Computer Science from Andhra University, Rajiv combines technical acumen with strategic vision. He is widely recognized for his ability to connect business challenges with impactful technology solutions.
