In his role, he is responsible for shaping Synoptek’s business strategy, driving cross-functional alignment, and accelerating both organic and inorganic growth. He also leads efforts to advance Synoptek’s transformation initiatives by leveraging AI-driven innovation and digital solutions to strengthen the company’s global market presence.
Before joining Synoptek, Syriac served as Senior Vice President and Business Head at Movate, where he managed strategic P&L portfolios and spearheaded go-to-market strategies across the Americas, Europe, and India. He also held senior leadership positions at LTIMindtree, where he led global teams in the Communication, Media, and Technology Industry Group, driving growth and client success in competitive markets.
A transformational leader, Syriac has built high-performing teams and delivered sustained revenue growth through strategic consulting, customer-centric solutioning, and cross-functional leadership. He is recognized as a persuasive dealmaker and trusted advisor, known for his ability to navigate diverse markets with cultural adaptability and business insight.
