Irvine, California – March 28, 2024 – Synoptek is pleased to welcome Rick Sutton and Shikhar Agarwal to fill two key leadership positions within the company. While Rick will serve as the Chief Financial Officer at Synoptek, Shikhar will take on the role of Vice President of Digital Enterprise Delivery.
As a results-driven leader, Rick is focused on strategic growth and operational improvements and brings over 22 years of experience to Synoptek. He is a strategic, operational, and tactical results-driven executive and leads with a focus on increasing earnings and enterprise value through strategic growth initiatives and optimized spend due to his strength in financial leadership and data-driven analysis.
Shikhar has led large teams while repeatedly being recognized as a top global practice leader for his ability to cultivate employee engagement, provide strong mentorship, and drive growth opportunities for employees. At Synoptek, he will be responsible for leading the Professional Services delivery for all Enterprise Applications, Enterprise Insights & Analytics, and Workforce Productivity.
Bringing rich and extensive backgrounds in their respective fields, Rick and Shikhar will drive tactical initiatives to support Synoptek’s continued growth and development—while enabling value-added outcomes for clients.
