Shikhar Agarwal is the Vice President of Digital Enterprise Delivery at Synoptek. He is responsible for leading the Professional Services delivery for all Enterprise Applications, Enterprise Insights & Analytics, and Workforce Productivity. In the past, Shikhar has led large teams while repeatedly being recognized as a top global practice leader for his ability to cultivate employee engagement, provide strong mentorship, and drive growth opportunities for employees.
Before joining Synoptek, Shikhar was VP at Neoteric 365 and responsible for building and growing the organization’s Microsoft Practice, overseeing partnership execution, products and offerings. Prior to this, Shikhar worked at Avanade for 9 years in various leadership roles including Practice Management, Delivery, Pre-Sales and GTM lead. Shikhar’s deep experience in Business Applications and Microsoft platforms began more than two decades ago when he joined Quisitive as a Business Solutions Consultant. Since that time, he has held various leadership roles at Arctic IT and Capgemini. In addition, Shikhar has been active in the community through speaking engagements and currently, is the Dynamics User Group leader for Chicago.
Shikhar holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems, Marketing, and Business Statistics from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada.
