Vijay Kumar is Vice President of Managed Services at Synoptek, where he leads Managed Services Delivery, IT Infrastructure Operations, and Site Leadership in India. In this role, Vijay is responsible for strengthening Service Reliability, enhancing Customer Experience, and driving Operational Excellence across Synoptek’s Managed Services organization.
With more than 22 years of global experience, Vijay brings deep expertise in IT Infrastructure Engineering & Operations, Managed Services, Cloud Operations, Service Delivery Management, and Data Center Operations. He has a proven track record of building resilient delivery organizations, optimizing service models, and enabling consistent, high-quality outcomes for customers across regions.
Prior to joining Synoptek, Vijay spent nearly 18 years at Orange Business, where he held multiple senior leadership roles, most notably as Head of Orange Cloud for Business – India. As part of the India GCC leadership team, he was accountable for the design, build, and operation of Orange’s Public, Private, and Hybrid Cloud platforms, while providing Site Leadership to over 600 professionals across Cloud, Cybersecurity, Unified Communications, AI, and Automation.
Vijay is known for his customer-first approach, people-centric leadership style, and ability to scale global delivery organizations while maintaining strong governance and service quality. He is passionate about continuous improvement, operational maturity, and aligning technology execution with customer and business outcomes—core to Synoptek’s mission as a trusted IT partner.
