Melanie Buergler is the Senior Vice President and Head of People at Synoptek. She brings more than 20 years of progressive People leadership experience across high-growth, multi-site organizations, with deep expertise in the technology and manufacturing sectors. She is known for partnering closely with executive leaders and teams during periods of rapid change, transformation, and scale.
Before joining Synoptek, Melanie served as Vice President of Human Resources at InterVision Systems, where she led the People function for a global workforce, guiding the integration of hundreds of employees through multiple acquisitions while improving employee retention and increasing eNPS scores. Her tenure reflected a strong balance of strategic HR leadership and a genuine commitment to employee experience.
Earlier in her career, Melanie held People leadership roles within manufacturing organizations and built a strong foundation in compensation, benefits, and organizational development. In addition to her corporate leadership experience, she has served for more than 20 years as an adjunct professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
