With more than three decades of experience in enterprise technology and digital transformation, he advises organizations on leveraging technology to drive innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

Sreeni's expertise spans ERP modernization, cloud transformation, enterprise data platforms, and AI-driven solutions, with a strong track record of guiding complex transformation programs from strategy through execution across global enterprises.

Before joining Synoptek, Sreeni held senior leadership roles at NTT DATA and DXC Technology, where he led global teams in delivering large-scale transformation programs and advanced data and AI platforms to clients across the financial services, retail, manufacturing, and insurance sectors. Earlier in his career, he held leadership and consulting roles at Infosys, Nike, and Fujitsu, helping organizations implement enterprise-scale technology solutions.
