Kelly spent nearly a decade at Microsoft in senior leadership roles, including Director of Partner Development for the Financial Sector. Before Microsoft, Kelly built and scaled high-performing sales organizations at IBM. She launched IBM’s Mainframe Security division from under $1 million in revenue to more than $32 million in less than two years, achieving record-breaking performance while recruiting and leading a national sales team.
