Meet the Synoptek Leadership Team

Tim Britt

Chief Executive Officer

In 2001, Tim Britt began building Synoptek, now a full-service consulting and IT outsourcing business. Synoptek is Tim’s direct response to the need for high-value consulting and IT outsourcing services, driven by results. By attracting and retaining top talent—project managers, consultants, developers, and engineers—with a focus on excellent customer service, Synoptek has grown rapidly and realized Britt’s vision in the communities it serves.

At Synoptek, Tim focuses on global strategy, corporate development, and execution. Tim works with businesses and state/local governments to plan their IT strategies, while delivering Synoptek trademark results and dedicated customer service. Tim leverages his experience from consulting, executive leadership, creativity, and business acumen to lead the Synoptek team in achieving customer objectives.

Tim has provided strategic management consulting, including IT strategy and implementation leadership, to large companies for over 20 years. While in the role of Chief Information Officer at Ourhouse.com, Ace Hardware’s e-commerce business, Tim’s job was to oversee implementation of the entire e-commerce business and ERP infrastructure. He managed a team of more than 100 analysts, programmers, and engineers to complete the task. Ourhouse.com was sold to Amazon.com in 2001.

At Kurt Salmon Associates, Tim developed and implemented operational strategies to achieve outstanding results for clients across the globe:

  • Consolidated distribution for the largest retailer in Japan.
  • Implemented a new merchandise planning process for one of the largest big-box retailers in Japan.
  • Streamlined product development for a large, branded international apparel manufacturer.

Tim holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

John Frazier

Chief Operating Officer

John Frazier previously held positions at Deloitte and JDA Software Group, Inc. John was a Chief Delivery Officer at Deloitte, working in the Managed Risk Services business unit, where he was responsible for the build-out of delivery and client management functions. Prior to that, John served as Vice President of Cloud Services at JDA Software Group, with a focus on operations and delivery for an organic growth business, which grew materially under his leadership. John brings over 27 years of experience in managed services, IT operations, and security/forensics from varying industries and locations.

John served in the United States Air Force as a supervisory special agent focused on cybercrime. In this role, he worked with a team to develop computer forensic and investigative techniques that would later be adopted by many agencies. He has been instrumental in building strong practices around technology and service delivery and transforming on-premise software delivery companies to cloud-based companies.

Mike Bank

Vice President - Sales & Marketing

Mike joined Synoptek following the acquisition from Critigen (formally CH2M Hill Managed Services), and is currently responsible for Synoptek’s Global strategy for sales, marketing, channel program, business development, account management, and vendor relations.

Mike has over 20 years experience in Cloud and Managed IT Services, Remote Infrastructure Monitoring and Management (RIMM), Application Hosting, IT Service Management, Service Desk, Telecommunications, Product Management, Cyber Security, and Wireless Communications. His professional experience spans across large enterprises including CH2M Hill, CenturyLink, Tellabs and Verizon Business.

Mike holds an MBA from the University of Denver (Daniels College of Business) and a degree from Lehigh University in Economics and Geology.

Mike resides in Denver, Colorado and is also married with three boys. He has a passion outdoor sports including skiing, golf and fly fishing.

Miguel Sanchez

Vice President - Professional Services

Miguel Sanchez is the Vice President of Synoptek’s Professional Services group, which serves clients in the financial services, healthcare, entertainment and consumer product industries. In his role he is responsible for developing the strategy, growing the business and for client relationship management for Synoptek’s consulting practice. Miguel works with businesses to help them realize their goals by strategically planning and delivering innovative and value added solutions, with emphasis on the greatest return on investment for their strategic endeavors.

Miguel has over 18 years of experience in developing IT strategy, leading business solutions by leveraging best practice process methodologies and managing large-scale IT solutions and systems implementation. He specifically works with executive leadership to understand mission and vision, conduct IT assessments and develop strategies for building business and technology solutions.

In 1996, Miguel began his career in the field of consulting and program management at Accenture (then Andersen Consulting). In this capacity Miguel effectively led multiple programs from complex multi-year systems implementations to smaller multi-month process and organizational changes. This required leading teams with diverse backgrounds and skill sets from Organizational Development to Technology to Process Design. Miguel joined Washington Mutual (now JP Morgan Chase) in 2003 and was tasked in leading Client Services Escalation Management in the Technology Operations organization with a goal of streamlining business processes, standardizing technologies, planning for the future, and reducing overall IT spending.

Over the past 18 years, Miguel has developed a keen understanding of, Program Management best-practices, Technology Operations processes and Organizational Support Structures and how to properly apply them to projects and clients of varying size and complexity.
Miguel graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Tim Hatsukari

Vice President - Finance & Accounting

Tim Hatsukari has over 15 years of experience in finance and operations management. Prior to joining Synoptek, he worked with the world’s largest IT storage device manufacturer for 12 years. In addition to managing corporate finance, Tim also took on the role of ERP implementation project and global supply-chain and logistics management. He made significant contribution to the growth of the company and achieved 11 consecutive years of profitability within the competitive IT industry.

At Synoptek, Tim focuses on corporate growth through strategic financial planning and execution. He actively engages with executives and investors in understanding corporate vision to achieve financial growth and enhance industry standing.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Seikei University of Tokyo, Japan, and an MBA from Gary A. Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Riverside.

Miles Feinberg

Vice President - Service Development

Miles Feinberg has an education in Computer Science and more than 25 years’ experience in Information Technology. He has demonstrated great leadership in such roles as CEO and founder of Pay Per Cloud, Vice President of Engineering (for HTE, Inc.), Software Product Manager (UCS, Inc), and Lead Software Engineer (Motorola).

Miles started his career as a capable software developer, and later formally taught courses on ASP.NET and Microsoft SQL Server as a Microsoft Certified Trainer. Most of his software experience had been centered on the development of large-scale, database-driven, enterprise applications.  At Motorola Miles led development of factory work order coordination software and travelled globally to help in deployment. At UCS, Miles formalized standardized software product offerings for mobile law enforcement. There he led teams of software developers and project managers to deploy these products across the US.  At Pay Per Cloud, Miles initially provided custom web-development services around business automation. Miles later grew his company into a multi-million-dollar firm delivering IT Managed Services, Search Engine Optimization, and Hosting.

Anthony Hardt

Vice President of Operations and Delivery

Anthony was instrumental in the growth of a leading edge MSP over the last decade.  He established and managed the North American Solution Center in Saint John having various responsibilities including the Help Desk, NOC, Order Management, Project Management Office, Account Management and HR to name a few.  He also has experience with the integration for several mergers and acquisitions.

His credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Data Analysis and completion of the Ivey Executive program from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.  He is also a past Director of Propel ICT.

Anthony resides in Saint John, New Brunswick with his wife and three children.
