Rick Sutton is the Chief Financial Officer at Synoptek. As a results-driven leader, Rick is focused on strategic growth and operational improvements and brings over 22 years of experience to Synoptek. Most recently, he served as the CFO at ELB Learning. Rick is a strategic, operational, and tactical results-driven executive and leads with a focus on increasing earnings and enterprise value through strategic growth initiatives and optimized spend due to his strength in financial leadership and data-driven analysis.
During his career, Rick has held a variety of roles within the SaaS, Services, and Digital Media sectors, including working on the financial planning and analysis team at The Walt Disney Company for five years and as CFO at PeopleConnect, Inc. for seven years. He is long recognized for his strategic impact, hands-on and goal-oriented approach, strong work ethic, and powerful mentorship capabilities.
Rick received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Pepperdine University, California.
