Jory Osborne is the Vice President - Professional Services Delivery Operations at Synoptek, where he has built a team that provides holistic Operations Leadership for the existing Professional Services Organization. He is a technology leader with over 30 years of experience and brings clarity and direction to evolving organizations.
Jory excels in several areas like Team Building, Mentoring, Process Optimization, System Design, Development, Budgeting and Forecasting, and Resource Management. Jory also has expertise in IT Strategy & Planning, Risk Management, Quality Management, Offshore Development, Vendor Management, and Business Analysis. In addition to being extremely growth-oriented, he understands how to use technology to achieve business results and always strives to maximize efficiency.
He started his career in 1993 as a Senior Analyst and provided constant support to an energy company undergoing daily changes in business due to the deregulation of the industry.
He went on to lead several projects and manage teams responsible for achieving delivery excellence across consulting services. This included defining project scope, negotiating contracts, developing proposals, effectively communicating with the key stakeholders, project teams, and customers, and partnering with legal, sales, and product support to achieve customer objectives.
