Jennifer van Ommen is a Business Development Manager at Synoptek. With more than a decade in IT services delivery, she understands the rewards and challenges of leading complex technical transformation projects utilizing cross-functional teams. Her focus is on leveraging technical solutions to build and maintain relationships with both customers and employees while mitigating risks and enhancing efficiency within organizations. She has a background in Organizational Change Management, Risk Management, and Project Management, along with several technical certifications from ServiceNow, Microsoft, and PMI. Jennifer graduated from the University of La Verne with a BS in Organizational Management.
