Jay Cann is the Chief Technology Officer of Customer Experience, at Macquarium, a Synoptek Company. With over 30 years of experience, Jay is responsible for the development and implementation of technology and applications. As a founding member of Macquarium, Jay keeps the firm on top of the technology wave. In addition, he keeps a careful eye on industry trends and developments to make informed decisions on how new technologies can best be used to serve the needs of Macquarium and its clientele. Both Emory- and Harvard-educated, Jay lectures nationally on technology and development strategies.
